Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (adelmayer Inh. Florian Butza, Obenkatternberg 9b, 42655 Solingen, e-mail: service@adelmayer.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you or you arbitrarily use the returns portal of us, then we charge 10.00€ for the reversal. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary return guarantee: For all purchases from the adelmayer range, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods, in addition to the statutory right of revocation. You can withdraw from the contract even after the 14-day revocation period has expired by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day after receipt of the goods), provided the goods are complete and in their original packaging and are in an unused and undamaged condition and the goods are not specially made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. The timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If the product you return to us is not in its original condition, we will not take it back.
