Chop the onions finely, cut the carrots and peppers into narrow strips and quarter the mushrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Now saut\u00e9 the vegetables one by one in the wok with a little sesame oil. Die Zwiebeln klein hacken, M\u00f6hren und Paprika in schmale Streifen schneiden und die Champignons vierteln.<\/li><li>Das Gem\u00fcse wird nun nacheinander im Wok mit etwas Sesam\u00f6l angebraten.
