What is a brisket knife?
A brisket knife is a special, long knife with which you can cut your crispy grilled brisket like a pro. Typical for a brisket knife is the long blade, with which you can effortlessly separate the well-known grilled specialty from the brisket. The sharp blade cuts the brisket very gently and does not damage the meat structure. A brisket knife made of Damascus steel is also suitable for cutting other pieces of meat such as pulled pork or flank steak.
